Of course beautiful food, I would like to acknowledge the service. My elderly father mentioned in passing that his shakey hands make it difficult to eat. After choosing a pasta dish it came out already cut into smaller pieces. Such thoughtful and kind service, thank you

We had a beautiful lunch at Rustica! Their olives and feta bread are absolutely delicious starters! You must try the lamb shoulder too - it fell right off the bone. Beautiful venue overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful - The food, the service, the venue, the music. We attended on a Wednesday night, with musician Damian Wright adding to the already gorgeous vibe with his flamenco guitar. I was delighted that as a couple we could enjoy the banquet options. The food was top notch and each dish was as delicious as the next. The suggested wine pairings was also spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Rustica and we will be back!

Food 5 🌟 Service 3.5 🌟 Ambience 5 🌟 We started with a coconut margaritas they where so amazing couldn’t fault a single thing. Strong 2shots. The taste was so blanched loved the coconut around the rim! We shared zucchini flowers there where cooked to perfection still crispy stems with the flower being soft! We had Arancini balls it was nice quite heavy came with some basil sauce was really lovely. I had the seafood pasta was cooked to perfection! Good amount of seafood and spice lives the crispy kale! Was the highlight for me! My friend had the roasted chicken she really enjoyed it. We finished with a Jaffa cocktail. Was mind blowing good! The staff where quiet busy as there sitting service was all arriving at the same time so get attention was a little slow. However the staff were friendly and polite. Cant wait to go back and try other things from the menu! All this was like 110 each! So cheap for amazing quality the food is!

Highly recommend for a quality night out. We enjoyed the ‘Plentiful’ banquet and it certainly lived up to the name. There was so much amazing food and it was all delicious. All the staff worked hard to make it a great experience for our celebration

Outstanding flavours, personable service, amazing ingredient combinations and well priced. Tried both small entrees and fish as main and Belgian fondant for dessert. You’d better be careful that your chef does not get snapped up by a top Sydney restaurant. He’d fit right in, I found the food to be THAT good last night. Congrats to all involved.

Got spoilt by my son to choose any restaurant to dine at on Monday night ! I had been waiting for a special occasion to come to Rustica and it was amazing ! Service fantastic , food amazing , table at the window with an incredible view ! Highly recommend and look forward to to coming back '

I had a fabulous experience at Rustica, with delicious food and great service. Entrees were the focaccia and arancini balls, followed by mains of pork belly and gnocchi. Both were full of flavour and were cooked to perfection. Stunning views of Newcastle beach and a meal to remember- Highly recommend!

I googled 'best restaurant Newcastle' and this place came up number one organic ranking. So on my recent visit to Newcastle I made a booking. Let me tell you this place exceeded my expectations, from the views to the ambience and the meticulous detailed Interior design. Both the service and the food were excellent. Elsa took care of us and was very polite and hospitable. The star here was the food though hats off to the chefs for producing some of the tastiest vegetarian dishes I've ever had.

Went to this restaurant for my birthday and it was incredible. Not only was the server attentive, she was also funny and personable (I asked for her name, but I didn't write it down and forgot). My husband and I enjoyed everything we ordered, the herb bread entree, I had the pork belly for a main and my husband had the market fish (the pepperonata was divine), and we both had the chocolate fondant dessert. They made it extra special by writing "happy birthday" with the dessert. The view was beautiful, watching the sunset over the beach, and it was overall just such a wonderful experience.
